Qualifications

- Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems.

- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)

- Ability to manage high work order volume in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
- Financial acumen with experience reviewing quotes, invoices, and managing costs
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, facilities coordination, or property management
- Experience in retail, telecom, or multi-unit operations
- Familiarity with SLA-driven service environments and performance metrics
- Experience supporting preventative maintenance programs
- Exposure to process improvement or change management initiatives
