Team Coordinator - Warehouse P1

POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Team Coordinator assists the Warehouse Supervisor in the daily operation of a warehouse or logistics area, allowing the Supervisor to focus more on people leadership and less on daily transactional issues. This role ensures smooth and continuous material flow to and from the warehouse, supports shipping and receiving accuracy, helps remove operational bottlenecks, and assists with inventory and system transactions as needed. The Coordinator also helps drive Lean warehousing practices, monitors safety and 5S compliance, and communicates material or resource shortages to Supervisors or Managers to resolve quickly. May be required to perform other reasonable warehousing duties as assigned.

Primarily conducts Team Coordinator duties in assigned warehouse areas (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, or Staging) and may be cross utilized across other Vertiv facilities as required.
