Job's mission
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a creative eye and analytical mindset to join our global marketing and communications team. With 5-8 years of professional experience, ideally within a B2B technology environment, this individual is a storyteller who excels at translating complex technological concepts into engaging digital experiences.
Whether crafting high-impact content or diving deep into campaign analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping how we connect with our audiences across ASM owned digital and social channels.
This role sits at the intersection of digital storytelling, platform strategy, and process efficiency. You will provide critical channel insights into what content resonates most, helping to inform and elevate our broader digital strategy.
This is a global role and requires the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
What you will be working on
NAVER and regional platform strategy and execution
- Channel strategy & ownership: execute the growth strategy for the official corporate NAVER blog, aligning global content pillars and brand standards.
- NAVER SEO& algorithm optimization
- Manage local Korean agency to drive brand awareness.
- Provide support for other Asia local channel management (e.g. WeChat in China) ensuring global messaging is adapted with local nuance.
Global digital campaign & influencer partnerships
- Support global social media content pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of content creation.
- Support the execution of the global b2b influencer program. Identify and build relationships with online opinion leaders.
- Campaign coordination: set up tracking mechanisms (UTMs, custom landing pages) to measure the impact of KOL / recruitment campaigns on global brand awareness, traffic quality, and lead generation.
Data analytics and optimization
- Partner with Global Digital Lead to track, analyze, and report on content and channel performance.
- Identify trends and content gaps; ensuring every piece of content is backed by performance intelligence.
- Synthesize and report on cross- regional performance data across global platforms and local platforms.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
- Location: Korea office, Dongtan
- Design fluency: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or video editing tools will be a plus.
- Digital nativity: You understand the “algorithm” and know how to adapt content for various platforms and cultural contexts.
- Analytical skillset: Experience in Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaign manager is a significant plus.
- Proven record in executing digital campaigns to drive social media channel growth.
- Language: Fluency in English. Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
