Overview The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects, strategic alignment, and the achievement of business objectives. The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities Client Management Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients. Build strong and trusted client relationships. Understand client needs, business objectives, and expectations. Project Management Coordinate the delivery of campaigns and projects from start to finish. Ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met. Oversee project development from briefing through to reporting. Strategy & Planning Collaborate in the development of media strategies aligned with client business goals. Ensure initiatives support both branding and performance objectives. Identify opportunities for business growth and account development. Internal Coordination Work closely with specialist teams, including Data, Performance, Social, and Programmatic. Ensure effective communication across departments. Lead information flow and project prioritization. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs. Prepare client reports and presentations. Recommend optimizations based on data insights and performance analysis. Financial Management Monitor budgets and media investments. Oversee account profitability and invoicing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or a similar environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing and media strategies. C1 level of English. English proficiency will be assessed during the interview process by the Talent Acquisition team.
