What we are looking for

 

  • The Digital Content & Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for creating engaging, innovative content across employee-facing People platforms — including the People Hub (HR SharePoint site), Connect (intranet), and the People Portal (Service Now).
  • The role supports better self-service and employee experience by designing clear, accessible, and visually engaging resources, while analysing usage data to continuously improve. Working closely with Internal Communications, the role supports the launch of HR products and services and ensures that knowledge content is accurate, consistent, and aligned

The Role 

  Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and publish engaging visual and written content for the People Hub, Connect pages, and other employee-facing platforms.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles in the People Portal, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to plan and launch HR products, services, and campaigns with maximum employee impact.
  • Use AI tools and digital innovation to enhance employee self-service, simplify complex information, and improve user experience.
  • Analyse usage data and feedback from SharePoint, intranet, and People Portal to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with People Change and Continuous Improvement Specialists to align content with change initiatives, process improvements, and system updates.
  • Act as a point person for digital employee experience standards, ensuring a consistent tone, design, and approach across platforms.
  • Support self-service adoption by ensuring employee-facing resources are easy to find, engaging, and trusted.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge management articles 

 

What you bring

 

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

**Essential:**

  • Experience designing and managing digital content across intranet, SharePoint, or HR portals.
  • Solid creative and visual design skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employee self-service principles.
  • Effective communication skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
  • Analytical skills to interpret usage data and translate insights into actions.

 

**Desirable:**

 

  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and knowledge article design.
  • Experience working with AI tools to generate, enhance, or analyse content.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement platforms or digital adoption tools.
  • Understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Previous experience working with HR/People functions or Internal Communications.
