Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

Minimum (5 to 10) years’ experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
Prepare classified estimates during project development stage.
Prepare estimate plan.
Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
Prepare cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirement needed for the TIC Estimate.
Present cost estimate report to management.
Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).
Familiarization with SAEP-25.
Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Any (Prefer Saudi Nationality).
