Product Regulatory Service Intern, Asia Pacific

PURPOSE:

This position involves the pharma excipients registration, cosmetic new ingredient registration, usage of SAP database, and usage of chemistry knowledge to ensure that Lubrizol products can comply with varies regulations and customer requirements. And it offers the chance for the position holder to learn more about a career in product steward service for products, and the knowledge on SAP database, cosmetic regulations, pharma excipient regulations, and industry chemical regulations as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of excipient application dossiers, and new cosmetic ingredient application dossiers;
• Assist in regulatory monitor and provide regulatory communications/supports to customers and businesses;
• Assist in regulatory reports/statements preparation;
• Assist in SharePoint information maintain;
• Support other PSCD function teams as needed;

REQUIREMENTS:

Education Background:

• University students with a Master degree in chemical related major;

Technical Skills & Experiences Preferred:

• Good oral/written English level;
• Strong orientation toward daily customer service environment; detail oriented;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Access, SharePoint a plus;
• Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a team environment;
• Available at least 3 days per week;
