Job Description

The Customer Solutions Specialist will be responsible for managing order to cash cycle, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience. This role will work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Planning and Logistics teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.
