MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor
Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor based in Canada.
In this role, you will lead and support a distributed team responsible for delivering inclusive fitness and physical activity programs for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities across Canada. You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of virtual and in-person classes, ensuring both participants and program associates have a safe, engaging, and meaningful experience. Acting as a key link between program leadership and frontline coaches and support agents, you will help maintain operational consistency, training quality, and engagement standards. The position combines people leadership, program coordination, and community impact within a mission-driven environment. You will play a central role in strengthening onboarding, training, and performance management processes while ensuring smooth program execution. This is a highly collaborative role where empathy, structure, and leadership directly contribute to improving access to inclusive physical activity. The environment is remote-first with occasional travel for on-site program support.
