
Operations Administrative Support
Job Description
Location: Tulsa, OK
Reports to: External Operations Manager
Cooperates with: All Departments
Primary Responsibility: Provides operations and administrative support to MIRATECH's Tulsa (Corporate) facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and production support for the Tulsa External Operations team.
- Assist in the creation of production paperwork and project documentation.
- Transacting and dispositioning of project related jobs.
- Scanning and filing of completed production and project paperwork and pictures.
- Other duties as
Qualifications:
- High school
- Detail orientated with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working as a production assistant is preferred.
- Experience with the use of an ERP System is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
