Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
#Responsibility
Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
Assures operational quality of system equipment.
Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
Providing assistance to Installation Engineers and junior engineer in resolving problems.
Engage, communicate and co-work with Product Support Organization on escalated technical matters.
#Qualification
Proficient in the English language.
Strong computer skills with Windows base application, Excel / power point, and network function / database related.
BS/MS major in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, or other Computer-science related fields.
Good attitude on learning new technology and willing to take challenge.
Exp. or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill and good working habits.
People-oriented, strong customer service focus and able to work under pressure.
Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
