Who we are looking for:
The Talent Acquisition Partner II is primarily responsible for building and maintaining a company culture of trust, respect, transparency, appreciation and growth and through recruiting Teammates that will fit in with that culture and helping to retain them. This role sources, interviews and places top talent within ACV. This position is a key member of the People & Culture team, supporting various business units across the company. This position will ensure that both the candidate and client enjoy a ‘best in class’ experience throughout the talent acquisition process by executing hiring plans to achieve deliverables.
What you will do:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage full lifecycle recruitment and be a utility player on the team for a variety of open positions identifying the best talent
Maintain a thorough understanding of our company and business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
Conduct phone, zoom and in person interviews while creating a welcoming, comprehensive, and seamless candidate experience.
Develop and manage consultative relationships with our internal stakeholders and provide a high level client service experience
Support talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities along with attending job fairs and recruiting events to market our company and attract top talent
Proactively research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies to create candidate pipelines
Proactively update pipeline activity to hiring managers to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
Maintain the ATS in real time to ensure accurate reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
What you will need:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree - business, human resources, communications, or a related field required
5 year(s) full lifecycle recruiting or human resources experience with proven track record of success while demonstrated integrity, confidentiality problem solving
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to develop and execute sourcing tools and technologies based on business needs
Experience managing multiple requisitions and determining priorities while collaborating with teammates.
Proven ability to provide exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the talent acquisition process and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with all levels of staff
A positive, humble attitude with excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills
Experience using a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Management System (CMS) database while maintaining accuracy
