Job Description

Mission: Coordinate compensation operations across divisions, ensuring timely and accurate cycle execution and consistent policy application. Serve as the tactical point of contact for HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders.

  1. Orchestrate merit, bonus, and incentive cycles (calendars, eligibility, data loads, validations, communications).

  2. Maintain governance artifacts (policies, SOPs, approval matrices) ensuring audit readiness.

  3. Oversee job catalog integrity and leveling consistency across divisions.

  4. Monitor market competitiveness, supporting salary structure refresh and deployment.

  5. Manage exception processes (justification intake, documentation, routing) and provide decision‑ready summaries.

  6. Train HRBPs, managers, employees, and direct reports on compensation tools, policies, and cycle best practices.

     

 

  •  

     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in Compensation

  • Advanced English (speaking, listening, and writing)

  • Advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA)

  • Strong understanding of the local market where the role is based (labor legislation, compensation practices, market trends)

  • Experience in job evaluation, job grading, and compensation structures

  • Support of variable compensation programs and incentive plans (short‑ and long‑term)

  • Compensation analytics and internal controls experience

  • Continuous improvement focused on compensation process efficiency

  • Exposure to audit, compliance, and internal control environments

  • Familiarity with compensation methodologies (Mercer, Hay, Towers Watson)
