Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Receiving: Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders (POs), inspect for damages, and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

Stock Management: Organize, label, and store materials. Ensure accurate stock control and optimal inventory levels.

Issuing & Dispatch: Issue materials to production or departments based on requisitions and maintain accurate dispatch records.

Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory audits and update transactions in ERP systems

Experience

2-3 years
