Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Life Skills

Position Summary: 
The CNA position assists, supports, and works closely with teachers, administrators and other team members in providing physical and educational assistance to students.

Department:  School Campus
Reports to:    Student Services Coordinator 
Placement:    Classified Non-exempt Salary Schedule, Grade 9
Term:              9 Month Position

Training and Experience:

• Experience working directly with students in a high school instructional setting is preferred.
• Experience working as a CNA for at least 1 year is preferred.

 
Licensing/Certification Requirements:

• Valid CPR and First Aid
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification by the Arizona State Board of Nursing (AZBN)

FLSA Status:  35 hours per week (.875 FTE), this is a non-exempt position
