European Sales Manager

Reporting directly to the VP of Hughes Global, the European Sales Manager plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales, therefore, playing a key role in the company’s bottom line. Being at the forefront of our European sales, this position will focus on driving new business development in the workplace safety market encompassing B2B, distributor- and end-user management concentrating on the European territory. This role will create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding business reach and proactively developing new sales opportunities across the region. You will be actively participating in short and medium-term business strategies, capable of defining future budgets, sales bridges and business plans.
