💰 Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $48 - $50/hr (may increase based on experience)
- Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
- Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
- Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
- Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
- Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
- Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
