Table Games Dealer Trainee

July 6th to August 7th

JOB SUMMARY:

The Table Games Trainee will learn to be a Table Games Dealer, starting with Blackjack.

• Learn the knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures
• Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls and Maryland Lottery Gaming Control Commission regulations
• Learn to achieve Dealer efficiency metrics
• Learning how to protect and control of the game
• Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets

• Must be at least 21-years of age
• Must have GED or Diploma
• Must have two valid forms of ID ready before training ends
• Must be able to work Overnight Shifts after Graduating
• Awesome communication skills
• Start as a Part-Time Dealer with the opportunity to become Full-Time with a base pay of $50,500.

TRAINING STARTS MONDAY JULY 6TH!!!!

• Monday through Friday

• 5 Weeks Training - Choose class times of 10:00am–2:00pm OR 2:00pm–6:00pm - Ends August 7th!!!!!!
