Back to jobs5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager role
Strong union labor relations expertise, including contract interpretation, grievance management, and employee relations in a unionized setting
Proven experience supporting heavy manufacturing operations (paper, pulp, or similar industries strongly preferred)
Broad knowledge of core HR disciplines, including compensation, benefits, health management, and talent development
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate conflict and build consensus
Trusted, credible partner who builds strong relationships with both hourly and salaried employees
Hands‑on, approachable leader with a strong sense of urgency, high accountability, and a bias for action
