Metal Finishing

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our metal fabrication team! This position supports a variety of shop functions including metal cutting, PEM, forming, and finishing with the goal of producing high-quality parts for our customers.

No extensive experience? No problem. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedules and help meet team goals
• Produce quality parts that meet company and customer specifications
• Report production or quality concerns throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Read blueprints and work instructions to complete customer orders
• Set up and operate equipment in areas such as: Pedestal Weld ,Pem Station & Powder Coat
• Assist with continuous improvement projects
• Rotate between work areas as needed
• Support other departments and team members when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• PEM press experience is a plus
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with good attendance and reliability
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
