About the role

As a Sales & Business Management professional, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while managing a defined sales process against set targets. You will apply deep functional expertise to shape sales strategy, contribute to business development planning, and deliver results as an individual contributor with strong influence across teams. This role offers the opportunity to impact customer outcomes, refine go-to-market approaches, and contribute to long-term tactical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across defined channels
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business and growth opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, within established frameworks
  • Apply market and customer insights to refine commercial approaches and value propositions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze performance against targets and adjust plans to improve results
  • Contribute to business development planning and support negotiation of key opportunities

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, strategy execution, and revenue growth principles
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while handling most situations confidently

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to influence decisions and collaborate across functions
  • Experience coaching or supporting less experienced colleagues is a plus
