Terminal Manager - Whitehorse

This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Whitehorse terminal and the surrounding service area.

• Day to day operations located in Whitehorse, YT, including Customer Service and Administrative responsibilities
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained
• Ensure Facility and Vehicle maintenance requirements are met
• Obtain optimum use of equipment and personnel, as well as ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded
• Monitoring and control of daily reports as required coordinate work schedules for terminal operations and ensure proper staffing levels are in place
• Work with Human Resources on recruitment, training, coaching and disciplinary issues
• Use of a Company Truck

• Class 1 would be an asset
• Post Secondary Education would be an asset
• Customer Service background 
• Background in LTL, and labor management experience 
• Familiar with Health and Safety
