Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend chain store shelf sets in order to protect and maximize Empire brand priorities.
- Coordinate the needed manpower for each set to ensure Empire is represented at every store set.
- Recap all activities and outcomes of each set to Area Sales Manager.
- Establishes and maintains close working relationships with assigned set captains from each retail chain and distributors.
- Work with Empire Chain Department to ensure accurate pricing, authorizations and retails for every product within each set.
- Acts as a shelf set consultant to provide set reviews and recommendations.
- Other duties as directed by the Retail Area Sales Manager
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
