Occupational Therapist PRN - Pediatric Therapy - 1st Shift

Job Summary    The Occupational Therapist assumes primary responsibility for evaluation of the patient, planning, implementing, supervising, reevaluating and changing the treatment program.  The therapist maintains adequate records and documents the appropriate progress reports and patient education.  The therapist supervises support staff and students as assigned.
