Job Description:
• Expert in Oracle EBS modules who could interact with the customer and can help in growth of the account
• Looking for Oracle eBusiness support onsite lead position.
• Resource should have experience in support engagement as team or site lead with good communication skills.
• He/She should travel for a week to client location once or twice in a month for every month or ready to relocate to the client location.
• He/She should interact with customer and get their Issues and requirements then work with other team leads and address those issues/requirement.
• Experience in coordinator role between Customer and Support team.
• Ready to travel.
• Good project management skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Accounting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel
Required experience
• Over 8 years’ experience.
