How you create impact

  • Partner with hiring managers across the U.S. region to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates for U.S.-based positions, using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, internal databases).
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and Kuehne+Nagel culture.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes for U.S. roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Handle offer management, including negotiations aligned with U.S. market practices and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure full pipeline visibility.Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, representing Kuehne+Nagel as an employer of choice in the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across the Americas region, with primary focus on U.S. hiring activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence and attractiveness in the U.S. talent market.

What we would like you to bring

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally supporting U.S.-based positions.
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities, including ATS usage and Boolean search.
  • Good understanding of the U.S. labor market and hiring practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders across different locations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in a regional setup.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English (required) and Spanish.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles.
