How you create impact
- Partner with hiring managers across the U.S. region to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates for U.S.-based positions, using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, internal databases).
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and Kuehne+Nagel culture.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes for U.S. roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Handle offer management, including negotiations aligned with U.S. market practices and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure full pipeline visibility.Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, representing Kuehne+Nagel as an employer of choice in the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across the Americas region, with primary focus on U.S. hiring activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence and attractiveness in the U.S. talent market.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally supporting U.S.-based positions.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities, including ATS usage and Boolean search.
- Good understanding of the U.S. labor market and hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders across different locations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in a regional setup.
- High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English (required) and Spanish.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles.
