ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Resolve service problems according to guidelines.- Appear in publicity photos.- Promote casino events and programs.- Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round.- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines- Take drink orders, communicates with bartenders, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests. - Handle money according to procedure; operate cash register, take money, make change, and make deposits at the end of shift.- Maintains clean and stocked workstation.- Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.-...
