Job Description
- assisting with set up of production line
- assisting with monitoring and adjustment of sauces and ingredients usage as needed for each product
- monitoring ingredient and sauce distribution and appearance in cartons
- performing scrapes, tasting and checking every 15 minutes on cartons
- assisting other freezer operators with monitoring the production line for problems
- cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- performing preventative maintenance on equipment
- interacting with staff, associates and regulatory personnel
- performing all team assignments
- maintaining housekeeping
- other duties as assigned.
