ASSOCIATE DEAN, EGTC - HOSPITALITY, SERVICES, AND MULTIMEDIA

The Instructional Programs Associate Dean is responsible for ensuring the integrity, excellence and ongoing development of the educational programs in the College. The Associate Dean manages aspects of instruction within the college. This includes faculty supervision, curriculum and assessment oversight, and adherence to standards as required by accreditation and industry regulation. In addition, the Associate Dean supports instructors in developing skills in the preparation of effective learning (lesson) plans, presentation of content, classroom management, and school and community communications. The Associate Dean supports the Instructional Dean of the College in strategic planning, program development, and by representing the college and the programs in both internal and external relations. The Associate Dean works closely with the Instructional Dean to develop and monitor College budgets and support college-wide and programmatic accreditation.
