Overview

The  Application Management Services Deparmtent (AMS) is seeking to fill five full-time positions to provide 1st and 2nd level support for our global end-user base. We are seeking candidates with specific expertise in the following areas:

- SAP-OTC
- SAP-FI/CO
- SAP-MTE and SAP-FTP
- ARIBA


Responsibilities

You will be involved in SAP Support activities and will be responsible for:


User Support and Knowledge Transfer: Provide targeted support and guidance to key business users, focusing on complex process questions and system functionality. Create and update internal support documentation and knowledge base articles for support personnel and end-users.

 

System Maintenance and Testing: Execute routine SAP / ARIBA / PLM system maintenance activities, including the testing of system patches, minor configuration changes, and transport management. Actively participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure system integrity before deployment.

 

Collaboration and Enhancement Support: Work closely with business process owners to understand operational needs. Assist the development team and external vendors by providing detailed incident information and testing proposed system enhancements or fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business users, to address complex issues, provide insights, and contribute to system enhancements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

 

Complex Incident Resolution: Serve as the primary point of escalation for high-priority user issues. Focus on diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex, non-routine functional and technical issues across assigned SAP / ARIBA / PLM modules. Own the incident lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and communication in compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with senior analysts to investigate the root cause of recurring system problems and assist in implementing preventative corrections.

 

Change Management and Upgrades: Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Coordinate testing activities, participate in change management processes, and ensure smooth transitions without disruptions to business operations.
User training and documentation: Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to educate end-users on SAP system functionalities, best practices, and self-service resources. Keep knowledge base articles up to date to enable users to resolve common issues independently.





Qualifications

Master or Bachelor degree in IT or Engineering areas (preferred)
At least 3 years experience in [FI/CO; OTC; Ariba; PLM; MTE / FTP] as a user or Key-user.

Strong understanding of the [FI/CO; OTC; Ariba; PLM; MTE / FTP modules and processes from the user perspective and its integration with other SAP modules
Ability to speak,read and write in English is a must  (English level B1 / B2)
A customer focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers, provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
