The Opportunity

This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role serves as a mid-to-senior Salesforce/Commercial Architect within the global Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE), based in the LATAM hub. The position is responsible for representing the COE in regional initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture standards, and enabling scalable, high-quality CRM solutions across commercial workflows.

What You'll Do

• Act as the COE representative for LATAM, leading architecture alignment across regional commercial initiatives.

• Partner closely with Abbott BRMs and regional business teams to shape and design CRM solutions aligned to business outcomes.

• Ensure adoption of COE governance, platform guardrails, and architecture standards (data, integration, security, environments, releases).

• Guide regional teams toward standardized, reusable Salesforce solutions to minimize customization and rework.

• Engage at key delivery gates (intake, design, build) to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance.

• Support value realization of Salesforce investments through adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices.

• Collaborate with global COE, Experience Factory, and partner teams to ensure platform consistency across regions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong Salesforce architecture and delivery experience (mid-to-high level) with exposure to solution design and governance.

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud preferred).

• Deep understanding of commercial workflows (sales pipeline, forecasting, case management, customer engagement).

• Ability to engage business stakeholders and translate needs into scalable CRM solutions.

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator required; Consultant certifications preferred).

• English and Spanish language proficiency.
