Job Summary:
The New Graduate Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of ICU patients based on HMNMH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
Licensure and Certification:
- Current California RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS provider cards
- Critical Care course or equivalent experience preferred
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
Experience:
- Prior hospital experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills
