The In-Store Marketing & Signage Project Manager plays a critical role in bringing Rally House campaigns to life in stores by ensuring signage and marketing materials are produced, delivered, and executed with excellence. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational management of in-store signage, including procurement, production, and distribution across all store locations. This position partners closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations to ensure stores receive the right materials, at the right time, with clear direction to execute.
Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Signage
- Own execution of all in-store signage and marketing materials across new stores, promotions, and seasonal events
- Translate Marketing, Operations, and Visual Merchandising strategy into clear, accurate, and sales-driving execution
- Provide signage placement direction to support traffic flow, visibility, and conversion
- Execute signage for new store openings, remodels, and events, ensuring timeliness and consistency
Production & Vendor Coordination
- Own ordering and production of signage, ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed to market
- Manage vendor relationships to deliver consistent, cost-effective materials
- Review proofs and materials for accuracy against approved creative and campaign direction
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency
Field Communication & Support
- Deliver clear, simple, and actionable communication to stores
- Provide setup guidance, priorities, and expectations to ensure consistent execution
- Gather field feedback and translate insights into improved signage and communication
- Ensure stores are equipped to execute without friction
Operational Excellence
- Build and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery for all campaigns and key moments
- Coordinate scope, quantities, and signage based on Marketing and Visual direction
- Ensure signage packages are accurate, complete, and ready for execution
- Track shipments and resolve issues to avoid disruption
- Maintain organized processes for ordering, tracking, and distribution
- Drive continuous improvement in speed, accuracy, and consistency
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to execute in-store marketing and signage with accuracy, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Clear communication and ability to support field teams, Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines, Experience managing vendors and procurement processes, Strong project management and organizational skillsQualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, procurement, project management, and vendor management
- Experience in retail or signage execution preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects from production to delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
- Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
Location and Travel Requirements
- On-site in Lenexa, KS
- Occasional travel to store locations and vendors as needed
Pay Range
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00
