Lab Assistant /Phlebotomist - Richland

Performs venipuncture and skin punctures. The laboratory assistant greets patients, orders tests in the LIS, maintains lab files, and ensures proper routing of reports. In addition to lab assistant duties, they are responsible for the following: Performs venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all age ranges. May also be trained to perform arterial draws. Trained to perform Waived testing in the laboratory. Answer the phone and assist patients and providers with the information they require.
