Description
The Senior Director, Industry Principal for Healthcare Interoperability serves as Infor’s senior leader and subject matter expert for the Cloverleaf Integration Suite and broader interoperability strategy. The role provides market guidance, supports product direction, and serves as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams. This position blends industry expertise, strategic engagement, and solution advocacy to drive growth, strengthen customer outcomes, and advance Infor’s leadership in healthcare interoperability.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead interoperability strategy across healthcare markets, aligning Cloverleaf capabilities with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Infor as a subject matter expert with customers, partners, analysts, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with Product Management to guide roadmap priorities and ensure solutions address emerging interoperability standards and trends.
- Support Sales and Solution Consulting teams with strategic pursuits, executive briefings, and value messaging.
- Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, presentations, and industry perspectives.
- Engage with key customers to understand requirements, offer strategic guidance, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally to support go-to-market execution, enablement, and ecosystem development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange, including use of standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience serving in a senior, customer‑facing role within healthcare technology, including direct engagement with healthcare executives and technical stakeholders.
- Experience providing input to or influencing healthcare product strategy, solution direction, or market positioning.
- Experience supporting healthcare sales activities, including participation in pre‑sales engagements, strategic pursuits, or large enterprise opportunities.
- Experience delivering presentations, briefings, or technical explanations to internal or external audiences within the healthcare domain.
- Travel approximately 50%, primarily within the United States, with some international travel.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience participating in healthcare interoperability standards organizations, workgroups, or industry governance activities (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Experience working with or within healthcare regulatory, policy, or standards development environments.
- Experience working for or with healthcare providers, health systems, medical device companies, laboratories, or healthcare integration vendors.
- Experience supporting or advising migrations from on‑premises healthcare platforms to cloud‑based or modern architectures.
- Experience delivering external thought leadership through conference speaking, publications, or formal industry contributions.
- Experience working in commercially oriented environments where revenue growth, deal support, and economic outcomes are measured.
