Job Description

The Orthopaedic Clinical Physician Assistant (PA) works closely with the orthopedic surgeon to provide comprehensive patient care in the outpatient setting. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and coordinating diagnostic studies such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, and developing treatment plans under physician supervision. The PA manages follow-up visits, provides patient education, assists with preoperative and postoperative care, and coordinates surgical clearances and other necessary preparations.
