Summary
Buhler Group Turkiye, based in Izmir, is looking for a skilled and proactive professional to join our Service Operations Team as a Project Operations Lead. The role will be responsible to coordinate and monitor active Service and Plant Projects, ensuring alignment across engineering, customers, local teams, and global Buhler organizations along with driving milestone execution, issue resolution, and successful installation and commissioning activities. The role requires a strong commitment to quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Bühler directives and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor all active Service and Plant Projects within the local organization.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, Service Project Engineers, local teams, and global Bühler project organizations.
• Guide Service Project Engineers and support engineering alignment during project planning and execution.
• Track project milestones, risks, deviations, and execution progress, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
• Support global Project Managers by coordinating local resources, site readiness, stakeholder communication, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Facilitate collaboration between customer sites, engineering functions, service teams, and global stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Bühler directives, processes, and EHS standards.
• Maintain project reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities, including lessons learned and service solution planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination, service operations, or industrial engineering environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical understanding across engineering and process disciplines, with the ability to translate complexity into effective execution and coordination.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
• Residing in the Izmir or Manisa region.
