About this Position In this position, you lead the discounter channel strategy, oversee key commercial levers, and manage strategic customer relationships. You drive execution excellence, guide a high-performing team, and use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities. What you´ll do Define and execute the Discounter channel strategy, ensuring alignment with regional global frameworks and commercial priorities Lead the Channel Excellence agenda, driving transformational initiatives that elevate execution quality and sales performance Oversee core commercial levers in the discounter environment: pricing, assortment, shelving, trade terms, and promotions Steer channel KPIs and performance dashboards; ensure data-driven decision-making and regional price governance Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key discounter customer, acting as a senior commercial sponsor Provide shopper- and consumer-centric strategic guidance to top clients within the discounter ecosystem Lead and develop the team; ensure strong governance, compliance, and flawless execution in store and at HQ level Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities within the discounter channel
