PURPOSE OF JOB: 

Route 92 Medical is seeking a driven and versatile Product Marketing Manager to support the marketing strategy and commercial execution of our neurovascular portfolio. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — collaborating with sales, clinical, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market and grow their impact with customers and patients. This is a mostly remote role with the ability to travel as needed and collaborate with peers in all different time zones. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to annual marketing plans, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives
  • Support product launch planning, limited releases, and marketing spend optimization

Portfolio Management

  • Build models and frameworks to guide portfolio strategy, including demand forecasting, pricing, profitability, and competitive analysis
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to define and drive recommended strategies
  • Grow revenue and market share through engaging campaigns that stay ahead of customer needs and the competitive landscape
  • Serve as the go-to technical, clinical, and marketing expert for your portfolio and key competitors
  • Inform upstream projects through physician VOC, market modeling, and Physician Preference Testing

Product Launch

  • Own end-to-end product launches — from pre-launch demand generation through post-launch tracking — with compelling positioning, optimized pricing, and creative promotional activities
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for the field sales organization and develop sales training content as needed

Product Development

  • Craft product positioning, value propositions, and messaging platforms that resonate with target customers

Brand & Creative

  • Evolve brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistent representation across all customer touch points
  • Manage creative agency partnerships and oversee brand compliance with R92 corporate guidelines

Digital Marketing

  • Integrate innovative digital, mobile, and emerging media strategies to complement and elevate traditional marketing tactics

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and industry partners to drive therapy acceptance and expand market presence
  • Support advisory boards and leverage customer insights to continuously strengthen marketing plans
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to accelerate market growth and evaluate new opportunities

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn,Instagram, X, and Hootsuite.
  • Experience with marketing copy review process
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field pertinent to the position’s requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3+ years of work experience in class II or class III medical device product marketing, market development, and strategy and portfolio management 
  • Global commercial sales or marketing experience a plus
  • Track record of driving results in downstream marketing capacities, upstream experience a plus

The actual base pay is dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity.
