Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Head of Global SMB Solution Consulting to join our ever evolving SMB Go-to-Market and Commercialization team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Building and leading a high-performing Solution Consulting and Strategic Sales team supporting SMB propositions across Global Payments.
- Defining team objectives, performance metrics, compensation structures, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and scalable success.
- Developing strong partnerships with Sales Executives and Sales Leadership teams to align solution consulting strategy with sales priorities.
- Assessing current-state performance and implementing strategic improvements that increase value creation, productivity, and commercial effectiveness.
- Identifying and driving cross-sell opportunities across products, propositions, and business lines while championing Worldpay expertise within the broader Global Payments organization.
- Influencing operating models and best practices in partnership with Centers of Excellence to create repeatable standards across Solution Consulting teams.
- Leading SMB GTM & Commercialization participation in capital planning and strategic investment initiatives alongside Product Commercialization leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Significant leadership experience building, scaling, and transforming Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Strategic Sales, or Commercial Enablement organizations.
- Proven ability to lead through metrics, establish KPIs, manage performance, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing senior sales, product, and commercial leaders across complex organizations.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with experience translating business objectives into measurable team goals and outcomes.
- Deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies and solution-based selling within technology, software, payments, fintech, or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around common objectives.
- A client-first mindset that balances commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term customer value.

- Experience within the payments, financial technology, merchant services, or commerce ecosystem.
- Expertise leading cross-functional transformation initiatives across global or matrixed organizations.
- A track record of identifying and accelerating cross-sell, upsell, and commercialization opportunities.
- Curiosity to challenge conventional approaches and introduce innovative solutions that improve performance.
- An ownership mindset, taking accountability for outcomes and empowering teams to make impactful decisions.
