Job Description
Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission-critical industry, is searching for a Energy Marshal for our site in Reno, NV. We pride ourselves on technical excellence and a safety-first culture that ensures our clients' most vital systems never fail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for all energy sources on site
- Verify and approve energy isolation points before any work begins on electrical, mechanical, or other energized systems
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure proper de-energization and grounding
- Serve as the single point of control for re-energization of systems after work is completed and verified
- Perform regular audits and inspections of LOTO devices, tags, and isolation procedures
What you will bring!
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center construction, industrial commissioning, or high-voltage electrical environments
- Strong working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and energy isolation procedures
- Familiarity with data center power systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and mechanical systems
