Job Summary
This is a part time position - Three 8/hr day shifts (24/hrs) a week. M, W, and F is ideal, but can be flexible as long as the days worked are within M-F.Acts as a lead in support of staff scheduling, timekeeping, reporting, and other payroll-related functions in support of operations. Functions as a backup for the manager and payroll/staffing for all transactions and job postings. Also, provides administrative support to Nursing Administration and other areas.

Essential Functions
-Ensures daily master schedules are provided for the manager, nursing/payroll, and collaborates with some of the staff availability to work.
-Ensures optimum staffing efficiency of each unit by assigning Resource Team staff to fill vacancies and approved time off, as well as last-minute sick calls, emergencies, and varying acuity levels.
-Lead timekeeper responsibility, ensuring that information is entered correctly and in a timely fashion.
-Prepares changes in systems and performs regular audits of data.
-In the absence of a manager, prepares changes for promotions/demotions/transfers, posts vacant positions for all inpatient units, and leads the team.
-Lead data quality audits, prepare reports, and present information to leadership.
-Provide orientation and training of new payroll staff.
