We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Business Manager for our MRI modality, who will serve as the clinical expert and sales/business support for our customers in Eastern Canada.
Ideal location for candidate to live: Toronto / Ottawa / Montreal corridor. If you live outside of this area- you will have more travel/overnights.
Your role:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust.
- Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships.
- Support the Account Manager (AM)/Account Executive (AE) in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Provide Marketing with valuable insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, ensuring they can best support the sales team with up-to-date and relevant resources.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on our MRI portfolio, leveraging your technical knowledge to support the AM/AE in addressing customer needs and challenges.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of direct clinical MRI experience. Ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with sales or clinical applications in health tech industry.
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/ experience / certifications. (Accredited MRI / MRT education and CAMRT certification.
- Your skills include deep product knowledge and expertise within the MRI modality and strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, particularly in diagnostic imaging, to navigate customer needs effectively.
- Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field based role. Must be willing to travel- including over nights.

Philips Transparency Details
The salary base for this position is $67,900 to $106,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as sales commission will be offered for this role. plus company/fleet car

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in eastern Canada.
