Junior Fulfilment Operations Support Specialist
Job Description
Reporting & Operational Support
In this role, you'll help support the fulfilment network by maintaining reporting, tracking operational performance, and providing administrative support to key business initiatives.
You’ll:
- Prepare and distribute regular operational reports and dashboards
- Assist with monitoring key performance metrics and identifying trends
- Support the collection and maintenance of operational data
- Help ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and relevant to stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for operational and financial reporting activities
- Assist with maintaining records relating to fleet, vendor, and operational performance
Stakeholder Support
You'll work closely with a range of teams across the business, providing coordination and operational support to help keep things running smoothly.
This includes working with:
- Distribution Centre teams
- Store Operations and Store Managers
- Merchandise and Buying teams
- Finance, HR, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement teams
- External suppliers and service providers
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach will help you build positive working relationships across the business.
Operational Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Support operational projects and network improvement initiatives
- Assist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working
- Provide coordination and administrative support for continuous improvement activities
Training & Administration Support
- Coordinate onboarding and operational training activities
- Maintain training and compliance records
- Support the administration of capability-building programmes across the network
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, logistics, retail, or operational support role
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confidence working with data and spreadsheets
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred but not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- An interest in operational performance, reporting, and process improvement
