The Orchard Support Administrator plays a key role in enabling high-performing orchard operations at Mr Apple by providing proactive, high-quality administration and coordination support to the Head of Orchards and Technical Orchard Team. Acting as a central hub for documentation, systems, payroll readiness, and technical reporting, this role ensures strong compliance and consistency across orchard teams while freeing up technical leaders to focus on growing premium fruit. Supporting audits, data integrity, and system use, the Orchard Support Administrator promotes best-practice processes, drives efficiency through digital tools, and helps coordinate seasonal activities and team initiatives. This is a critical role that keeps orchard operations running smoothly, accurately, and aligned to company standards.
