The Bilingual Instructional Preschool Teacher Assistant plays a key and essential role to implement a language intensive curriculum, supports dual-language learners in both languages, daily routines, and maintains a well-managed classroom that enhances each child’s experiences through nurturing, positive, and respectful interactions. The teacher assistant promotes and models Catholic values and supports the spiritual, emotional, and academic development of each child actively fostering a sense of belonging, curiosity, and foundational skills for lifelong learning. The Bilingual Instructional Preschool Teacher Assistant works under the supervision of the lead teacher to provide instructional and cultural support in a Christ-like culture of joy and student-centered learning environment.
