This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and creative work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to develop their craft skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production process: Work closely with experienced craftsmen to contribute to the creation of high-quality products/services. Learn and master craft techniques: Receive on-the-job training to develop expertise in the specific crafts relevant to our industry.   Safe and Efficient Vehicle Operation: Operate company-owned box trucks, prioritizing safety and adherence to regulations. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment. Comply with all safety regulations and Department of Transportation  requirements.  Maintain equipment and tools: Responsible for the care and proper use of tools and equipment used in the crafting process. Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Quality control: Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all products/services meet company standards.   COMPETENCIES: Basic understanding of craft techniques and materials. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Good communication skills.   QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 0 – 1 years of experience in a similar role, or a strong willingness to learn and be trained on the job, or equivalent military or practical experience. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. Must be able to operate a box truck to complete deliveries; a valid driver’s license is required.
