This position has up to a $2,000 hiring bonus
The Pai Gow Tiles Dealer deals Pai Gow Tiles and other table games in accordance with company procedures and state gaming regulations while maintaining a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for the guests.
Duties:
Deal table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
Check and protect all tiles and cards, when placed on the game.
Always protect the table bankroll.
Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.
Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.
Deposit all currency and foreign chips into table drop box.
Verify all fills/credits to the table.
Report any unusual situations to the Casino Executive.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older.
Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination and be able to cut chips with both hands.
Must be proficient in general math skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
