JOB SUMMARY: This role provides administrative support to an extremely busy, fast-paced culinary team. It is a highly interactive supporting role in the documentation and implementation of Northgate Markets Culinary initiatives. As an active member of the R&D team, individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintaining of all applicable documents including recipes, yields, production management, processes, procedures, training job aids, training material and standards. This role includes hands-on work with the culinary R&D teams, retail operations, category management, marketing, IT, training and staffing to ensure that all details of implementing fresh food programs are thoroughly developed and documented for execution at store level.
