JOB DESCRIPTION: - Supervises the activities of the staff that maintains, operates, and controls the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, Environmental rooms, ice machines and refrigeration equipment throughout buildings on the Emory University campus. - Oversees the inspection, planning, programming and implementation for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) operations and maintenance, including preventive maintenance, chemical water treatment and testing, operational testing and chillers at designated facilities. -
